Responsibilities

1. Manage statutory approvals for industrial maintenance and housing projects
2. Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants for approvals
3. Process proposals for utilities such as water supply, drainage, and electricity
4. Verify consultant inputs and manage official documentation and communication
5.



Ensure timely statutory payments related to company properties
6. Support legal team in land matters, submissions, and appeals
7. Maintain non-agricultural tax records and compliance data
8. Contribute to organizational initiatives like IMS, Business Excellence, Kaizen, and Safety
9. Ensure adherence to development regulations and planning norms

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in statutory approvals
3. Solid knowledge of MRTP Act 1966 (Maharashtra)
4. Expertise in DCPR 2034 (Mumbai) and UDCPR (Maharashtra)
5. Basic understanding of land revenue records in India
6. Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
