Fashion Product Design Intern / Junior Merchandiser
role based in

The role involves supporting the research, design, development, and merchandising of fashion and leather goods collections. The selected candidate will work closely on product concepts, trend research, material exploration, technical development, collection planning, and production coordination.





The role offers hands-on exposure to the complete product development process—from initial research and mood boards to technical specifications, material sourcing, vendor coordination, and final collection development.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of
leather goods and fashion product collections

- Conduct in-depth research on
global fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and consumer trends

- Study fashion forecasting platforms, business reports, runway collections, and market insights to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Research
Indian textiles, traditional crafts, weaving techniques, regional handicrafts, and artisanal practices
for product inspiration.
- Develop
mood boards, concept presentations, color stories, material directions, and collection themes

- Translate research and concepts into commercially relevant product ideas.
