Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of claims handlers to ensure effective processing of cargo, fire, marine, non-motor, property, and reinsurance claims.
- Oversee the investigation and resolution of complex commercial claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the claims process.
Job Requirements :
- 5-7 years' experience in corporate insurance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of cargo, fire insurance, IAR (Insurance Advisory & Risk Management), marine insurance, non-motor insurance products.
- Proven track record in managing high-volume claim loads while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
