Position: Legal Assessment Intern

Location: Pune (In office)

Duration: 3 Months

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated law graduates with a strong interest in Corporate and Commercial Laws, Intellectual Property, Civil and Commercial Litigation, and White-Collar Crime. The intern will work closely with the legal team and assist in drafting, contract review, legal research, investigations, and case management across a broad spectrum of legal matters.

This is a 3-month assessment internship. Two candidates will be selected, and successful interns may be considered for absorption as Associates based on their performance during the assessment period and the firms requirements.

A stipend will be paid during the internship period.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate & Commercial Contracts:

Draft, review, and proofread commercial agreements, including NDAs, Service Agreements, SaaS Agreements, MSAs, MoUs, Founders Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Employment Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, and other commercial contracts.





Identify legal and commercial risks and recommend appropriate revisions.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Conduct legal research and case law analysis in civil, commercial, intellectual property, and white-collar crime matters.

Assist in drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal notices, cease and desist notices, replies, rejoinders, complaints, recovery suits, affidavits, applications, and other litigation documents.

Assist in intellectual property enforcement matters, including trademark, copyright, patent, and design infringement disputes.

Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, case summaries, notes of arguments, hearing briefs, and litigation-related documentation.

Review documentary and electronic evidence and assist in investigations and cases management.

Corporate Advisory & Compliance:

Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
