Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the private equity fund, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Coordinate with investment teams to ensure seamless execution of capital calls, distributions, and other investor communications.
- Oversee transfer agency activities such as dividend payments, redemptions, and reporting to clients.
- Provide support in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory filings.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7.5 years' experience in private equity or related field (fund administration).
- Robust understanding of capital markets, including venture capital and private equity investments and e-front experience.
- Proficiency in Investran or similar software for managing investor relations and portfolio tracking.
