- Manage day-to-day iron foundry production and operations to achieve production targets.
- Handle melting, moulding, core making, pouring, fettling and finishing processes.
- Monitor furnace operations, metal chemistry, pouring parameters and raw material consumption.
- Ensure product quality by controlling casting defects, rejection, rework and material wastage.
- Plan manpower, machines and production schedules for optimum utilization.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor production cost, yield, productivity, OEE and energy consumption.
- Lead production teams and ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards and 5S practices.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement Kaizen/Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.




- Prepare daily/monthly production reports and ensure timely achievement of targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
