Caf Coffee Day is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect Executive to support the design and execution of various CCD formats, including CCD Cafs, CDX, Kiosks, Cafs in Malls.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Develop design concepts, layouts, sketches, 3D models, and visualizations based on project requirements.
- Handle projects from initial design concept to GFC (Good for Construction) approval and execution support.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and coordinate with project and execution teams.
- Conduct site visits whenever required and ensure design feasibility.
- Develop cost-effective and commercially viable designs without compromising quality and functionality.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and material optimization.




- Suggest suitable and cost-effective materials based on cost, durability, aesthetics, availability, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams during project execution.
- AutoCAD, 3D Modelling & Visualization skills are mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong sketching, space planning, design, coordination, and communication skills required.
- Candidates from QSR, Retail, F&B;, Hospitality, Caf, Restaurant, or Commercial/Mall Projects are preferred.
- Experience in concept design, GFC drawings, material selection, and project execution will be an added advantage.
