- Design and develop industrial automation systems based on project requirements.
- Develop PLC programs using Siemens / ABB / other PLC platforms.
- Develop and configure HMI and SCADA applications.
- Configure and commission VFDs, servo drives, soft starters, and motor control systems.
- Carry out panel testing, FAT, SAT, site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose electrical, PLC, communication, instrumentation, and automation-related faults.
- Select appropriate PLC, HMI, VFD, MCB/MCCB, contactors, relays, SMPS, terminals, and control components.
- Prepare control philosophy, sequence of operation, and I/O mapping.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, production, and project teams.
