Experience:
- 3 - 8 years Experience in managing end to end training function and psychometric assessments.
- Preferred experience in working with LMS.
- Experience in managing a team of field trainers.
- Experienced in FMCG/Beverage/Beauty & Personal Care.
- Willing to travel for 12 - 15 days in a month.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills written (content development) and verbal (presentation and facilitation).
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Word & Excel
- Working experience with latest LMS and mobile learning technology.
- Good administrative, planning and organisational skills.
- Team handling experience is essential.
- Conduct training through various modalities.
- Must be creative and innovate to continuously improvise in the training delivery.
- Eye for detail when working with data.
- Ability to work under pressure, create and process content quickly.




- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Robust understanding of business dynamics.

Job Summary:

To stabilize the training function for the business by incorporating all the best practices set up by the COE and thereby provide world class training for the business unit

- Design and develop interactive learning material.
- Develop process, SOPs and able to write business case studies.
- Handled LMS on tool engagement, dashboard and driving learning efficiencies.
- Data analysis and visualisation.
- Training impact through RAG analysis and improve productivity- training ROI.
- Drive employee engagement Initiatives.
- Able to build strong feedback mechanism.
- Able to manage a team and drive team deliverables.
