Job Title: AI Creative Operator

Reports to: Content + Web Lead

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

About the Role:

Bombay Shirt Company is looking for an AI Creative Operator to own creative production for our social, editorial, and performance ad channels using AI tools to multiply and iterate on our existing photography and campaigns faster than traditional manual workflows allow. This is a hands-on production role, not a strategy or original-concept role: you'll take shoots and campaigns that already exist and turn them into the dozens of formats, variants, and iterations our 35-store retail footprint and digital channels need.

A secondary part of the role involves generating first-draft product and website copy using AI tools, which will be reviewed and polished by the marketing team.

What You'll Do

Creative production (primary)
- Resize and reformat existing photography/video across formats Instagram feed, stories/reels, WhatsApp catalogue, website banners, and print/in-store collateral
- Use generative AI tools (Photoshop generative fill, Higgsfield, Midjourney/Firefly, etc.)



for background swaps, retouching, and asset generation
- Build and maintain templates so a single shoot can be multiplied into many on-brand variants without starting from scratch each time
- Produce multiple creative variants (different hooks, colors, CTAs, copy overlays) for performance ad testing, and iterate based on what's performing
- Keep all output consistent with BSC's brand guidelines and visual identity

Copy generation (secondary)
- Draft first-pass product descriptions and PDP (product detail page) copy using AI tools, based on product attributes (fabric, fit, collar type, occasion)
- Draft first-pass website and campaign copy for review by the marketing team
- Flag where AI-generated copy needs human polish rather than publishing it as-is.

What We're Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design, digital creative production, or a related field
- Solid working
