Job Description
We are looking for a Growth Engineer who can combine technical skills with product and growth thinking. The role involves identifying product issues, building solutions, running experiments, and improving key product metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand product issues and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and improve product features focused on user growth.
- Plan and implement A/B tests and experiments.
- Analyse user behavior, conversion, activation, and retention.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Use data to measure and improve product performance.

Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in Software, Full Stack.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/Typescript, Python, Java, or similar.
- Good understanding of APIs, databases, and web technologies.
- Understand customer churn, analyse churn-related metrics, and use these insights to identify opportunities and frame effective growth strategies.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, product analytics, and experimentation.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Product mind-set with an interest in user behavior and growth.
