ROLE:

JioSaavn is looking for a Senior Product Manager to enhance our personalization and recommendation systems. Youll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams to create a world-class engagement experience. Your mission is to help our AI deliver the most relevant content recommendations on the Homepage and Player, ensuring a seamless and personalized user journey.

This role demands deep expertise in data-driven decision-making and customer experience. Youll drive experiments, launch impactful features, and continuously refine engagement strategies to create delightful, personalized listening experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate a transparent product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify growth opportunities.




- Establish and track key engagement and personalization metrics to measure success.
- Champion customer-first thinking, ensuring product decisions enhance user experience.
- Drive alignment across leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Challenge the status quoquestion everything and never settle.

Execution & Optimization –
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.
- Translate business goals into implementable features and solutions.
- Work closely with AI leads to identify gaps and enhance Homepage & Player recommendation systems.
- Leverage engagement data to uncover user behaviors, trends, and insights that strengthen recommendations.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize personalization and maximize engagement.
- Balance short-term quick wins with long-term strategic improvements to drive sustainable growth.
