POSITION Description
The Senior Mobile Engineer will build and maintain the customer self-service mobile application for iOS and Android. The platform provides online self-service for utility customers; the mobile application is built with Angular, Ionic and Capacitor, backed by a Java/Spring REST services layer and third-party billing, payment and notification providers.
This is a hands-on engineering role. The successful candidate will own features end to end, from grooming and design through implementation, automated tests, store release and production support, and will work directly with the US-based product and engineering leads.
ESSENTIAL duties and responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain features in the mobile application (Angular + Ionic + Capacitor) for both iOS and Android from a single TypeScript codebase.
