Head of Division - Non Bio Division

Role:

Overall responsibility for technical, operational, quality and administrative management of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with NABL, ISO/IEC 17025 and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Civil, Soil, and other allied Laboratories.
- Ensure NABL/ISO compliance, audits, corrective actions and scope expansion.
- Maintain technical accuracy, impartiality, quality and timely reporting.
- Plan laboratory infrastructure, equipment, resources and modernization.
- Guide the Marketing/Outreach Team and strengthen institutional relationships.
- Promote research, innovation, training and collaboration with academic/research organizations.
- Ensure effective utilization of organizational resources, safety and continual improvement.

Qualification & Experience




- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Ph.D. preferred in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Materials, Materials Science or related field.
- 15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an NABL-accredited laboratory.
- Solid knowledge of NABL, ISO/IEC 17025, laboratory management and multidisciplinary testing.
- Experience in managing large technical teams and research/institutional projects preferred.
