Key Responsibilities
- Counsel walk-in, phone, and online leads (JustDial, Sulekha, Meta Ads, Instagram, referrals) on suitable visa pathways based on their profile
- Explain eligibility criteria for Canada Express Entry/PNP, Australia Subclass 189/190, Germany Opportunity Card/Job Seeker Visa, UK Skilled Worker, US work/study visas, Dubai employment visas, and similar programs across other countries
- Convert leads into paid clients by handling objections, negotiating fees, and closing sales within target timelines
- Explain and upsell service packages: PR, work permits, study visas, tourist/visitor visas, spouse/dependent visas, job assistance packages
- Prepare accurate cost/fee breakdowns and process timelines for clients




- Coordinate with the documentation team to ensure smooth handoff after sale closure
- Maintain and update CRM/lead records (call status, follow-ups, conversions)
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Stay updated on visa policy changes, quota updates, and country-specific requirements
- Represent the company at seminars, education fairs, or promotional events (occasional)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
