Position Title: IT Specialist

Location: Kochi, Kerala

We are looking for a proactive and responsible IT Specialist with 1–3 years of experience who takes ownership of infrastructure, identifies potential issues early, and continuously works to improve the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor servers, networks, cloud platforms, virtualization, and security infrastructure.
- Perform regular health checks, preventive maintenance, patching, backups, and performance optimization.
- Identify potential failures, security risks, and capacity issues before they impact business operations.
- Configure and support Windows/Linux servers, networking, firewalls, VPNs, and virtualization platforms.
- Support Microsoft Azure and AWS environments, along with backup and disaster recovery activities including identity and access management - MFA, provisioning, same-day offboarding, access reviews.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, perform RCA, and implement permanent solutions for recurring problems.




- Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
- Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and configuration records.
- Work with senior engineers and internal teams on infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and improvement projects.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve IT operations, security, efficiency, and automation.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or IT Operations.
- Good hands-on knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and basic routing/switching.
- Exposure to VMware, Hyper-V,proxmox, Azure, and/or AWS.
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge is preferred.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
