Florra Salon is looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Receptionist & Client Experience Manager to take complete ownership of our front desk and client experience.

This person will be the first point of contact for every client and will be responsible for managing appointments, client communication, schedules, payments, and the overall flow of the salon.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all client bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and appointment confirmations.
- Maintain an accurate and organised appointment calendar for all stylists and salon services.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, social media enquiries, and walk-in clients professionally.
- Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, premium salon experience.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the appropriate service, stylist, or appointment duration.
- Send appointment reminders and follow up with clients regarding upcoming appointments.
- Manage waiting lists and fill cancelled or vacant appointment slots.
- Maintain detailed client records, preferences, service history, and important notes.




- Coordinate closely with stylists to ensure appointments run smoothly and on time.
- Manage client check-ins, check-outs, billing, and payments.
- Inform clients about salon services, packages, memberships, promotions, and products.
- Follow up with clients after their appointments to encourage feedback, rebooking, and repeat visits.
- Handle client concerns or complaints calmly and professionally and ensure they are resolved appropriately.
- Track daily bookings, cancellations, no-shows, and salon occupancy.
- Help maximise bookings by identifying gaps in the schedule and proactively contacting clients.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and skilled reception area.
- Support the salon team with day-to-day administrative and operational requirements.
