MIS Executive

Role Overview

Own the collection, validation and reporting of business data. Build and maintain dashboards, automate recurring reports, and deliver accurate numbers that drive daily decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and publish daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards on time.
- Extract, clean, consolidate and validate data from multiple systems and stakeholders.
- Build automated trackers and reporting templates in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Run trend and variance analysis; flag gaps, anomalies and improvement areas.
- Handle ad-hoc data requests and prepare decks for management reviews.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance and HR for timely data inputs.
- Automate manual, repetitive processes to cut turnaround time and errors.

Must-Have Skills
- Advanced Excel: XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, nested logic, Pivot Tables, Power Query, dashboards; VBA/Macros a plus.
- Google Sheets: QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, FILTER; Apps Script preferred.




- Solid with numbers: comfortable with large datasets, ratios, percentages and variance; quick to spot data errors.
- Computer smart: fast and self-sufficient across MS Office, business tools and file/data management.
- Good to have: SQL, Power BI or Tableau; exposure to ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications
