About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, driven and commercially solid Salon Manager to take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations and growth of a premium luxury beauty salon in Hyderabad.

This role is ideal for someone who doesn't simply manage a salon but has the energy, leadership and business mindset to build it into a highly successful and sought-after luxury destination.

The Manager will be responsible for the overall salon experience, team performance, customer relationships, revenue growth, service quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Salon Operations
- Take complete ownership of the salon's daily operations.
- Ensure the salon consistently maintains luxury-level service, hygiene, grooming and presentation standards.
- Manage appointments, staff schedules, walk-ins, service flow and daily operations.




- Monitor inventory, product usage, wastage and stock requirements.
- Ensure salon SOPs and company policies are followed consistently.

Business & Revenue Growth
- Take ownership of monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, repeat visits and average customer spend.
- Drive memberships, packages, premium services, product sales and promotional campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and local market trends.
- Track daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and take corrective action where required.

Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate and develop the salon team.
- Monitor individual staff performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure professional grooming, punctuality and customer-handling standards.
