Role Overview

We are looking for an API & Product Support Executive with hands-on experience in API troubleshooting, Postman/Swagger, application/product support, and customer-facing technical support.

This role focuses on troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to APIs, integrations, and software products.
It is not intended for developers, QA/Test Engineers, Desktop/IT Support, Network, Hardware, or Infrastructure Support profiles without relevant API/Product Support experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients through email, chat, calls, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot REST APIs and integrations using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.




- Analyze API requests/responses, HTTP status codes, headers, payloads, and authentication issues.
- Investigate, reproduce, and resolve application/product issues.
- Assist customers with API integration, configuration, authentication, and product functionality.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and QA teams for escalations.
- Document issues, resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and FAQs.
- Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
- 1–3+ years of experience in API, Product, Application, Technical, or Integration Support.
- Robust understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of HTTP methods, status codes, headers, parameters, authentication, and JSON/XML.
- Experience troubleshooting software applications, SaaS products, or API integrations.
