Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement people analytics solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Provide regular reporting on attrition rates, employee engagement scores, and other metrics to senior leadership.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on analytics or reporting.
- Robust understanding of HR analytics principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in creating complex reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
