Key responsibilities include creating high-level designs, leading development for modules like ITSM(NLU GenAI, Now Assist LLM), ITOM (Visibility and Event Management, Performance Analytics, Operation Intelligent, RCA), CSM, DPR, SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), ITAM, CMDB (Discovery, AI performance Insight, Service Mapping), customizing the platform, conducting testing, and mentoring other team members. This role bridges business objectives with technical execution, requiring expertise in platform capabilities, scripting, integrations, and contemporary development practices.

Must have Skills: NLU(Natural Language Understading), GenAI, AI and Now Assist LLM like Now Large Language models and External LLM like Azure OpenAI.
