We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate solid enthusiasm for working collaboratively with client teams to ensure the successful delivery of Buildings and Infrastructure projects-on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards. This role offers excellent exposure to complex and high-profile projects schemes in the UK market.

Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding NEC contracts and associated contract management requirements.
- Supporting the preparation of tender and contract documentation and participating in contract reviews.
- Ensuring contracts are drafted in compliance with NEC standard clauses, with transparent definition of scope, insurances, payment terms, compensation events, and programme submissions.
- Assisting with pre - contract tender processes, including tender assessments, clarifications, and preparation of contract award recommendation reports.
- Managing commercial inputs into the procurement process and supporting the development and agreement of procurement strategies.




- Preparing NEC contracts using detailed compliance checklists.
- Supporting the preparation of standard documentation, including reports, correspondence, and financial statements.
- Assisting with quantity surveying tasks, tender analysis, and preparation of tender reports.
- Taking ownership of contract documentation support with a proactive, solution - oriented approach.
- Proactively managing project and programme commercial risks and ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are implemented.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships across the organisation.
- Supporting internal documentation and ensuring trackers and records are accurately maintained and kept up to date.

Minimum Qualifications
- Engineering degree from any discipline.
- Knowledge of Quantity Surveying principles is desirable.
- Chartered Quantity Surveyor status (MRICS or equivalent) preferred.
