Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
•Take appointments on all B2B channels - amazon, swiggy, zepto etc
• Follow up with the logistics team for vehicle placement and shipment movement.
• Track shipments and handle delays, PODs, and escalations. (Coordination with both logistics team & Marketplaces)
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for smooth dispatch operations.
• Provide timely updates to category POCs and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain daily shipment trackers and MIS reports.
• Handle urgent operational issues with ownership and quick resolution.
