About the Role

Are you a target-driven sales skilled who excels at opening doors and converting conversations into opportunities? We are looking for a high-energy B2B Inside Sales Specialist to drive our outbound prospecting and C-suite outreach.

In this role, you will Navigate gatekeepers and connect with relevant decision-makers, and convert qualified prospects into scheduled product demonstrations. You won't waste time hunting for contact info—we supply fully researched, high-intent lead lists and proven sales frameworks so you can focus strictly on initiating conversations and booking demos.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Outreach: Execute targeted B2B outbound calls, navigate gatekeepers, and engage decision-makers in value-driven sales conversations.
- Qualification & Objection Handling: Use strategic questioning to qualify leads,



address common objections (pricing, timing, competitors), and communicate key product benefits.
- Pipeline Management: Schedule product demos for qualified leads, manage follow-ups, and keep all interaction details accurately updated in the CRM.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet and exceed weekly KPIs for call volume, meaningful conversations, and scheduled meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years in B2B inside sales, exceptional freshers with strong communication and sales ability may also apply, outbound telecalling, lead generation, or SDR roles. Exceptional freshers with natural sales acumen are encouraged to apply.
- Languages: Native/fluent proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
- Skills: Strong consultative selling skills, active listening, persuasive communication, and a resilient mindset.
- Tools: Basic working knowledge of CRMs, calling tools, web conferencing platforms, and Go
