Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows & Linux servers.
- Administer IIS, Apache, and NGINX web servers.
- Support application hosting for .NET, Java, and Python applications.
- Manage Microsoft Azure resources and Docker environments.
- Handle Active Directory, Group Policies, user access, and permissions.
- Monitor systems, manage backups, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Support DNS, DHCP, SSL certificate management, and basic network administration.
- Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
