The Mandate

HiredNext is looking for an accomplished recruitment business leader with an existing, active client network in the GCC and/or semiconductor ecosystem.

This is specifically for someone who is already doing business with senior hiring stakeholders and can bring established market relationships, commercial credibility and revenue capability into the role.

We are not looking for someone to build a client network from scratch.

We are also not hiring for staffing, contract staffing, RPO, payroll or temporary hiring experience. Our business is permanent recruitment and executive search.

The right person will already know the decision-makers, understand where hiring demand sits, and have a demonstrable history of converting those relationships into permanent recruitment mandates.

What We Need





You should currently or recently have:
- Personally acquired and managed GCC and/or semiconductor clients for permanent recruitment.
- Active relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, GCC Leaders, Business Heads, CEOs, CTOs or other senior hiring decision-makers.
- A track record of converting relationships into live recruitment mandates and revenue.
- Personally owned a meaningful revenue target, business number or P&L.;
- Experience negotiating recruitment commercials directly with senior client stakeholders.
- Built or grown strategic accounts rather than simply servicing accounts allocated by another business development team.
- Robust understanding of permanent recruitment economics, delivery capability and account profitability.
- The ability to identify where hiring budgets and mandates are moving within the GCC and semiconductor markets.
