About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Operations
to manage day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, documentation, compliance, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee records, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation.
- Manage employee queries and provide timely support on HR-related matters.
- Support payroll inputs, salary-related coordination, and employee data verification.
- Assist with performance management, probation reviews, and other HR processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed effectively.
- Handle employee separation,



exit formalities, and full-and-final coordination.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management reports as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and management on various HR-related requirements.
- Support recruitment and other HR initiatives whenever required.
- Ensure HR processes are carried out accurately, efficiently, and within defined timelines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
