Relevant Experience: 23 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably Record to Report R2R)
Must Have Skills
- Experience in invoice verification and processing
- Posting purchase and sales invoices
- Journal entry posting and maintenance in ERP systems
- Vendor and customer SOA (Statement of Account) reconciliation
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
Good Have Skills
- Experience with intercompany transactions
- Balance sheet schedule preparation
- Exposure to ad hoc financial reporting
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies
- Team collaboration and organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Verify and process invoices in compliance with company policies
- Raise sales invoices for customers and intercompany transactions
- Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Reconcile expenses for accurate regional recharges and minimize rejections
- Post journal entries and ensure data accuracy in the ERP system
- Prepare balance sheet schedules and reconcile vendor/customer SOAs
- Support accountants with ad hoc reporting and accounting tasks
- Take up additional responsibilities as required to support team and business needs
