About the Role

We are hiring a B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist who can build prospect lists, execute multi-channel outreach, engage potential clients, and generate qualified meetings for the business development team.

Key Responsibilities
- Find and research relevant companies, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn, Google, and other lead-generation tools.
- Run personalized cold email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach campaigns.
- Leverage AI tools for prospect research, lead enrichment, and personalized messaging.
- Handle regular follow-ups and nurture prospects until they are qualified.
- Identify prospects with genuine business requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with the sales team.
- Monitor response rates, conversions,



and outreach performance.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and follow-up activities.
- Consistently meet assigned lead and meeting-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in B2B lead generation/outreach is required.
- Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn, cold email, and WhatsApp outreach.
- Understanding of prospecting and lead qualification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valuable research and follow-up abilities.
- Experience using AI tools for sales/marketing outreach is an advantage.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Compensation: ₹15K – ₹30K/month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
