Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, Affiliate, and other paid channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization through data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPC, and cost-per-conversion metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing and campaign experimentation to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous optimization.

Website Management & Customer Experience
- Own the organization's website as the primary digital customer touchpoint.
- Drive website optimization for customer journeys, landing pages, navigation, and conversion funnels.
- Improve website engagement, bounce rate, traffic quality, and customer journey completion rates.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, technology, and content teams to enhance website experience and responsiveness.




- Ensure website performance, stability, and SEO best practices are maintained.

SEO & Organic Growth
- Lead end-to-end SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page SEO, content optimization, and keyword strategy.
- Improve organic traffic, search rankings, and website visibility.
- Monitor SEO performance using analytics and search console tools.
- Drive sustainable organic customer acquisition through SEO governance and optimization.

Website Development & Optimization
- Coordinate website enhancements with development and design teams.
- Translate business requirements into actionable website improvements.
- Optimize landing pages and digital funnels for higher conversion rates.
- Ensure website releases follow testing, QA, and deployment governance processes.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track website traffic, user behavior, engagement, funnel performance, and conversions.
