Role Description
The Property Manager – Bangalore is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned properties,



including coordinating check-ins and check-outs, supervising housekeeping and maintenance, and ensuring that each unit meets JadeCaps’ quality and safety standards. The Property Manager will manage vendor relationships, monitor inventory and supplies, and ensure timely resolution of guest and owner issues. Responsibilities include tracking occupancy and performance metrics, supporting energetic pricing initiatives, and collaborating with the central operations and customer support teams to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences. The role also requires regular property inspections, documentation of issues, and proactive communication with homeowners to maintain trust and transparency.
