Location: Bengaluru

? Experience: 5+ Years

? Working Days: 5
Days

? Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 functional & technical support for WMS/TMS systems.
- Configure systems, workflows, and business rules.
- Handle user training and incident management.
- Support WMS/TMS integration with ERP and other systems.
- Monitor data accuracy and maintain documentation.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and enhancements.

? Required Skills
- WMS/TMS end-to-end operations
- Python Scripting
- Advanced PostgreSQL
- Jasper Reports
- Code performance tuning

? Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
