Designation: Business Development Manager (Corporate / Private Projects)

Job Location: Pune/ Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Delhi ( 1 vacancy each place)

Department: Business Development

Reporting to : Branch Manager

Travel Required: Yes

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Timings: 10.15am to 6.45 pm

Incentives applicable: Yes

Salary - 70k per month

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meet the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Daily visits to clients, architects, Contractors and Project Management Consultants (PMC) as per company norms.
- Generate enquiries and maintain a robust sales pipeline on the CRM software.
- Making product presentations to clients. Understanding the products, drawings & technical Specifications required. Participate in mock ups.
- Providing timely quotations, catalogues, and samples to the concerned clients.
- Participate in price negotiations, get the order (PO)



and advance.
- Responsible for timely collections as per company payment terms.
- Constantly report on progress of projects to Clients.
- Customer relationship management and MIS reports for Project monitoring.
- Discussion of Payment terms, disputes settling & attending to other important client related matters.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Should be a Graduate / MBA from any College or University. MBA or BE is preferred.
