1. Daily Sales Planning
- Report to the showroom on time and attend the daily sales meeting.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Check pending enquiries, bookings, test rides, and deliveries.
- Identify hot leads and prioritise them for follow-up.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager regarding target achievement.
- Explain suitable TVS models, variants, colours, features, and advantages.
- Provide accurate information about pricing, offers, finance, insurance, exchange, and accessories.
- Arrange test rides and collect customer feedback.
- Generate new sales leads through various approved channels.
- Contact existing and previous customers for referrals and repeat purchases.
- Conduct local market visits and customer-contact activities.
- Develop relationships with local businesses, institutions, offices, and community groups where appropriate.
- Follow up on enquiries generated through digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Convert enquiries into showroom visits.
