Role: Team Leader
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10-15 members.
- Prepare and monitor process reports including productivity, target scorecards, weekly and monthly reports, and share with management.
- Track team progress, motivate members to achieve sales targets, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Monitor team performance and recommend process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Handle escalations and manage challenging situations effectively.
- Collaborate within the team to ensure smooth operations.




- Diffuse crisis situations with professionalism and composure.

Skills Required:
- Solid people management and leadership skills with excellent coaching ability.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation and public speaking.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities without compromising quality or timelines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent MIS and analytical skills.
