WALK-IN INTERVIEW

If you have 3 months-2 years of recruitment/Sourcing experience and have worked with a Recruitment Consultancy, we would love to meet you

Key Responsibilities
- Handle bulk/volume hiring across multiple requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups. .
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment MIS.
- Achieve defined daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets and TATs.

Candidate Profile




- 3months -2 years of recruitment/Sourcing experience.
- Recruitment Consultancy experience is mandatory.
- Prior exposure to bulk hiring/volume hiring is mandatory.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
- This will be a 6 days working role from office
- Good knowledge of job portals and basic MS Excel.
