Role & responsibilities
- 12-18 years of experience in Order Management, Outbound Logistics, Warehouse Operations,Distribution or Supply Chain.
- Experience managing FG warehouse and 3PL operations is mandatory.
- Strong experience in managing large/pan-India distribution networks.
- Experience in consumer electronics, electronics, IT hardware, electricals, automotive, FMCG, retail or
- other high-volume distribution environments preferred.
- Solid exposure to order-to-dispatch, FG inventory, transportation and warehouse operations.
- Experience in managing 3PL vendors and logistics service providers.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in freight negotiation and logistics cost optimization.
- Good understanding of ERP/WMS/TMS and supply chain analytics.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.





Preferred Educational Qualification
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce or Business
- Administration.
- MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Operations will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on ownership of Order Management, FG Warehouse, Outbound

Logistics and 3PL operations, with proven experience managing a large pan-India distribution network.

The candidate should be capable of balancing customer service, inventory availability, operational

efficiency and logistics cost optimization while leading internal teams and external logistics partn
