Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Sales Business Development Manager role based in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with gated communities, educational institutions, and corporate organizations, as well as nurturing existing client relationships. The Sales Business Development Manager will conduct market research,



generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and present tailored service offerings to potential clients. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospects, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal operations and coaching teams, and tracking performance against sales targets. The role also includes contributing to strategic growth plans, representing 4CHAMPZ at events and meetings, and ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction.
