The Deputy General Manager (DGM) for Interior Finishing will be a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior finishing projects within our portfolio. This role demands a seasoned skilled with extensive experience in managing complex interior fit-out and finishing works, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, on time, and within budget. The DGM will lead a team of project managers and engineers, coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, designers, contractors, and clients, and implement best practices in project execution and quality control. This is a strategic role focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement in interior finishing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and execute all interior finishing projects from conceptualization to handover, ensuring alignment with design specifications, quality benchmarks, and project objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets,



and resource allocation strategies for interior finishing works.
- Oversee and manage project teams, contractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive solutions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure meticulous quality control throughout all stages of interior finishing, including material selection, installation, and final inspection.
- Collaborate closely with design teams, architects, and consultants to interpret drawings, specifications, and resolve any design-related challenges.
- Manage the procurement process for interior finishing materials and services, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery.
