Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound customer calls as required.
- Generate leads and convert prospective customers into sales.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure professional communication.
Candidate Profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and target-oriented.
- Prior telesales/telecalling experience in healthcare industry will be preferred.
- Positive customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Candidates available for early joining will be preferred.
