About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing & Closing Executive to manage the complete sales cycle, from sourcing potential clients and channel partners to converting leads, conducting site visits, and successfully closing property transactions.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Channel Partner Management
- Identify, onboard and develop relationships with new Channel Partners (CPs) and potential clients.
- Promote assigned residential and commercial projects to Channel Partners.
- Explore new sourcing avenues and continuously expand the Channel Partner network.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing CPs and regularly communicate project updates, pricing and offerings.




- Conduct Channel Partner meets, project launches and site visits to drive business.
- Provide CPs with detailed product knowledge, project information and sales support.
- Monitor and maintain MIS related to CPs, leads, walk-ins, site visits and closures.
- Track weekend walk-ins and follow up with prospects for further conversion.
- Generate sales for assigned residential and commercial projects through direct sourcing and Channel Partner networks.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects based on their budget, preferences and investment objectives.
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the property buying cycle, from initial enquiry to final closure.
- Handle negotiations, address client concerns and effectively convert prospects into successful transactions.
