- Configure and validate email sending, authentication, sender profiles, and business unit readiness.
- Support development and execution of IP warm-up schedules.
- Define and implement bounce, unsubscribe, spam complaint, and suppression processes.
- Support campaign execution, testing, and audience activation activities.
- Monitor deliverability metrics, domain reputation, inbox placement, and engagement performance.
- Provide operational recommendations and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
