Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and software solutions.
- Write clean, productive, reusable, and scalable Python code.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
- Create and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and data models.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
- Implement security best practices and data protection measures.
- Develop automation scripts for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.




- Use version control tools such as Git for source code management.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, design documents, and user guides.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- Monitor production applications and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest Python frameworks, libraries, and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and organizational development practices.
- Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge with the team.
