Job Title: Sr. Zoho Developer

Location:Mumbai, India

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized
solutions across the Zoho ecosystem to support our trading operations. The role involves
optimizing business processes such as sales, inventory, finance, and customer management
through effective Zoho implementations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop, customize, and maintain applications within the Zoho suite (Zoho CRM,
Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, etc.)
2.Automate business workflows using Deluge scripting
3.Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems (ERP, payment gateways,
logistics platforms, etc.)
4.Customize modules, fields, workflows, blueprints, and reports as per business
requirements
5.Manage and optimize Zoho Inventory for stock tracking, warehouse management, and
order processing
6.Work closely with Finance and Sales teams to align Zoho Books and CRM with
operational needs
7.Develop dashboards and reports for management decision-making
8.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues,



bugs, and performance bottlenecks
9.Ensure data accuracy, security, and system integrity
10.Provide user training and documentation for internal teams

Key Skills & Requirements:
1.Proven experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and Zoho
Inventory and similar applications.
2.Experience Required- 7-12 Years
3.Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
4.Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)

5.Good knowledge of databases, workflows, and automation tool
6.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
7.Understanding of trading business processes (procurement, inventory, sales , logistics)

Preferred Qualifications:
1.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2.Zoho certifications (preferred)
3.Knowledge of integration tools like Zapier or Zoho Flow
