Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Agentic AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI agent systems. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive architecture decisions, establish engineering standards, and mentor a growing team of AI engineers while building scalable, production-grade Agentic AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Python, LLM orchestration frameworks, AI/ML engineering, and distributed system architecture, along with proven experience building enterprise-scale AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise-scale multi-agent AI systems and automation workflows.
- Lead technical decisions for LLM-powered applications and agent orchestration platforms.
- Develop reusable AI agent components, prompt frameworks, and tool-integration libraries.
- Establish best practices for architecture, testing, deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions across business use cases.
- Mentor engineering teams through code reviews, technical guidance, and architecture discussions.
- Evaluate LLM providers, optimize model performance, latency, and deployment costs.
- Drive adoption of up-to-date AI engineering practices including MLOps, model serving, monitoring, and governance.
- Ensure scalable integration with cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.
Required Skills
*Must Have*
- 14+ years of overall software engineering experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience designing and deploying production-grade LLM applications.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent systems.
- Experience with API architecture, distributed systems, and scalable application design.
