Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 4–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of pharmaceutical process and utility equipment.
- Handle maintenance of reactors, centrifuges, dryers, jet mills, chillers, air compressors, water systems, and other plant utilities.
- Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime through effective maintenance planning and execution..
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams for smooth plant operations.
- Maintain maintenance records, documentation, and statutory compliance requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Hands-on experience in maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing and utility equipment.
- Positive understanding of HVAC, Process Water, and DM Water systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cGMP requirements is mandatory.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
