About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, AI-first creative qualified who can independently take ideas from concept to execution across video, graphics and digital content.

The ideal candidate is fast, experimental, visually strong and proactive - someone who understands a brief, thinks creatively and executes without requiring constant instructions.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit reels, videos, social media content, promotional videos and digital creatives.
- Develop creative concepts, visual ideas and content formats independently.
- Use AI tools across ideation, content creation, image/video generation, animation, editing and content enhancement.
- Create graphics, motion graphics, thumbnails, presentations and other visual assets.
- Continuously explore and experiment with new and emerging AI tools to improve the speed, quality and creativity of content.
- Repurpose and adapt content across different platforms and formats.




- Manage multiple projects independently and deliver high-quality output within timelines.
- Stay updated with emerging AI, design, video and content trends.

AI & Creative Skills
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Adobe Firefly, HeyGen or similar platforms.
- Strong willingness and ability to learn, experiment with and adopt new AI tools quickly.
- Should be curious about AI and constantly look for smarter, faster and more creative ways of working.
- AI should be an integral part of your creative workflow, not just an occasional tool.

Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in video editing, creative content, graphic design, digital media or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video, graphics and creative content.
- Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or equivalent.
- Strong visual sense with an understanding of storytelling,
