Job Description

We are hiring a Tender Executive with relevant experience in IT services, IT manpower staffing, and government tenders. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling end-to-end tender activities, particularly for IT manpower/service-based projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete tendering process from tender identification to submission.
- Handle tenders related to IT manpower, IT services, staffing, and technology services.
- Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM and other government procurement portals.
- Prepare and review technical and commercial tender documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents, eligibility details, certifications, and financial information.
- Ensure timely submission of bids as per tender requirements and deadlines.
- Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, BOQ, manpower requirements,



and commercial conditions.
- Prepare EMD, PBG, declarations, undertakings, compliance sheets, and other tender-related documents.
- Coordinate with clients/government departments for tender-related queries and clarifications.
- Maintain proper records of submitted bids, tender status, results, and upcoming opportunities.
- Track tender amendments, corrigendums, pre-bid meetings, and submission deadlines.
- Support the team in preparing proposals for IT manpower deployment and IT service projects.

Required Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in tender management, preferably within an IT company or IT services organization.
- Must have experience handling IT manpower / manpower outsourcing / IT service tenders.
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal and government tendering processes.
- Positive understanding of government departments, PSUs, and institutional clients.
