Senior HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage and support end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and client invoice follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to independently handle multiple HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
- Handle hiring for various positions and ensure timely closure of open requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage onboarding, induction, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, attendance, leave records,



and employee-related documentation.
- Address employee queries and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve HR-related concerns.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, recruitment trackers, and management updates.
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and documentation are followed effectively.
- Coordinate with clients regarding invoice submission, payment status, outstanding invoices, and regular invoice follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of client invoices and coordinate internally with the finance/accounts team for payment reconciliation.
- Follow up with clients for pending payments and provide timely updates to management.
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with candidates, employees, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Support management in various HR initiatives, employee relations, and administrative activities.
